2 DAYS 1 NIGHT KOMODO TRIP

DAY 1: KELOR ISLAND – MENJERITE – KALONG ISLAND

We will pick you up from your hotel or the airport and transfer you to the harbor, which takes approximately 15 minutes. From there, we will board the boat and set sail for Kelor Island, a journey of about 45 minutes. Upon arrival, we will hike up a 100-meter hill, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the beach and surrounding landscapes. Take as many photos as you like before descending to the beach to relax. Lunch will be served on the boat.

Next, we continue sailing for 15 minutes to Menjerite, an excellent snorkeling spot. Here, you will spend around one hour exploring the vibrant underwater world, filled with colorful fish, sea stars, coral reefs, and more.

We then sail for about 30 minutes to Kalong Island, home to thousands of flying foxes. As the sun sets, you will witness these bats emerging from the mangroves to search for food on neighboring islands. Enjoy this magical scene while sipping tea or coffee on board. Depending on the weather, the captain may decide to sail overnight to Padar Island for our overnight stay.

DAY 2: PADAR – KOMODO – PINK BEACH – PASIR TIMBUL – MANTA POINT – LABUAN BAJO

Arriving at Padar Island, we will be welcomed by a local guide/ranger who will brief us on the island’s regulations. We then begin a scenic hike up approximately 816 steps to the summit, where you will be rewarded with spectacular views of three distinct bays—featuring white, pink, and black sand beaches. After capturing unforgettable moments, we descend and return to the boat for breakfast.

Next, we sail for about 1.5 hours to Komodo Island, where a park ranger will welcome us and provide a safety briefing. We embark on a one-hour trek to observe the legendary Komodo dragons in their natural habitat, along with other wildlife such as wild boars, Timor deer, water buffalo, wild chickens, various bird species, and possibly snakes.

Returning to the boat, we enjoy lunch before heading to Pink Beach, a 20-minute sail. Here, you will have 30 minutes to snorkel and admire the rich marine life, including colorful fish and coral reefs. Take some time to appreciate the unique reddish-pink sand before we continue to Pasir Timbul, a journey of approximately 1.5 hours.

While sailing, relax on the boat and enjoy the ocean breeze—keep an eye out for dolphins swimming nearby! Upon arrival at Pasir Timbul, apply sunscreen and take time to swim, walk along the sandbar, and capture stunning photos before returning to the boat.

Our next stop is Manta Point, just 15 minutes away. This is a prime location to spot majestic manta rays. While sightings are not guaranteed, we will snorkel around the area, hoping to encounter these graceful creatures in their natural environment.

Finally, we sail back to Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival at the port, our driver will transfer you back to your hotel or the airport, marking the end of an unforgettable adventure.
